Vanessa has been in the financial services industry since 1986, with the last 21 years in financial planning, specialising in the area of retirement planning and Centrelink benefits since 2004. She provides strategic investment and superannuation advice tailored to suit her clients’ individual circumstances through a wide range of managed investments, allocated pensions, annuities and superannuation funds.
Having started out in the industry at the beginning of her working career, Vanessa has built up a deep understanding of what clients want and expect from their financial adviser. She takes great pride in building long-standing personal relationships with every client and will always seek to fully understand their particular goals and objectives before recommending any strategy or investment.
Vanessa believes that the key to a good adviser/client relationship is trust, and she builds this with her clients by listening and being empathetic to their needs. "I want my clients to know I am always there for them and that I am not just their financial adviser but a friend as well".
In her spare time Vanessa values simple things such as quiet time at home with her husband and catching up with family. She enjoys spending time in her garden and takes great pleasure in watching things foster and grow under her nurturing care.
